I recently received a sim card which I first attempted to activate this morning. Unfortunately I accidentally backed out of the second page after my information had already been entered and now my sim card is invalid and no longer able to be activated. I decided to wait the recommended time and close the browser and try again later, but even after doing so It still says invalid sim several hours after the first attempt. Is there any way to undo this? Will I have to order a second sim card?
Edit: I have already attempted deleting cookies, and different browsers. I have also fully closed the browser using task manager. Neither of which worked. No credit card info was entered prior so I can't check if i was charged.

@allansmith That's great. If you used a referral code for a $10 sign-up bonus. That will be credited to your account within 72 hours.

@Matt_GS Try restarting your device, clearing your browser history, go to private/ incognito mode and try again to activate your SIM card. Stay safe. Welcome to PM.

Generally if your credit card is not charged, you session lock the SIM card and will be able to retry after about an hour. Maybe try again tomorrow.

I've already restarted the browser and tried a different one too, and have deleted all cookies. Neither of which worked

@Matt_GS check your credit card to see if it was charged. If it was, your SIM was activated. Place the sim card into your phone and try logging into your self service account. What happens? Thanks. Welcome to PM. Stay safe
