Hi there,
I signed up for Public Mobile services; I tried selecting a phone number for my new plan and after it kept spinning just gave an error contact an agent. I did contact CS_Agent.
What I did notice I'm unable to login via the app now. Not sure what happened?

@hTideGnowThe app is in Maintenance Mode. I have zero access to MyAccount even via website. I was also double charged. They double charged me $11.30. This isn't looking good and I literally just subscribed.

@hTideGnow Yeah I figured for $20 plan might as well join now. Within the next 2 years hopefully something new will pop-up.

@hTideGnow I am keeping my 2 lines with Freedom Mobile. The only reason I'm forced to come back to Public because there's a possibility I might be moving from Ontario again to Lake Louise AB. And that area in Alberta has no Freedom coverage. If I roam for more than 3 months Freedom would terminate my services.

@hTideGnow I think I was able to register the eSIM to my SIM2 slot on the S25+. Unfortunately, right now the PM app shows "Maintenance Mode".... "App under maintenance".

@hTideGnow I reinstalled the app. Now its saying "Estimated wait time 5min" I'm in the virtual waiting room.

@hTideGnow I have a Samsung S25+ and right now I have a Freedom eSIM on it. Should I be able to add a Public eSIM to the 2nd IMEI while maintaining the Freedom eSIM on SIM1?
