i could not sign into my account...I was told to create a community account so I did. Can I now use that infomto sign into my account?
i want to see my plan and billing information....I want to change my plan to more data....please help me...very frustrating

They are different, @ktamara
The community account is used for community engagement with other users. It's also a portal for creating service tickets and communicating with customer support agents via private message.
The self serve account is for account information and management and does not have a direct link with the community account except for the e-mail address (which should match the Community e-mail address under the Community avatar, my settings area) to ensure any community rewards are appropriated correctly and support tickets are more smoothly managed.
Saying all this, there has been a recent suggestion that perhaps PM is in the process of amending the link between the two services given their recent plight to have members ensure the e-mail address are the same between the two services.
Guess we'll have to wait and see...

Clear your system cache and cookies, then open and incognito or private tab, then try again.
Best to use laptop or desktop device, if available.

when you created your PM account, you provided your email address...use that for your log in. The you created a password...use that. (Make sure to write all those down for future reference)
Once you successfully log in to your account, you'll see Account Status...look around to familiarize yourself.
Click Plan and Add-ons...look to the right and click Change My Plan. Then select either 4G or 3G plans...the the little up/down arrow to find the plan you want.

I think community accounts and actual bill payment accounts are separate because one has a username the other is just a simple sign in with your email… are you looking to change your whole plan for more data or do you want to just add on more data to your existing plan?
