Phone Not Working

I have autopay which has always worked fine and credit card is current.  However, May payment was not charged and my phone is not working.  Help!

Sometimes it takes 2 tries to get the 2FA code. 
Or you can purchase a voucher and dial *611 to enter the voucher number then get the 2FA code by text to see if AutoPay is enabled.

I haven't been able to access because it's been taking to long for verification code to come in my (often slow) email.

@galelaw , are you able to access your online account and perform a reactivation?  Auto pay has been known to fail here and there.  Please use incognito mode when accessing your account.
