if you need ASAP to make payment you can go to Shell Stations to purchase vouchers
and add to your account by call *611
once connected press (1) then (1) again and enter the 12 digit PIN #,

If your husband's account was activated in-store it is possible a My Account was never created yet @Msbaseball1
You can register for one here with help of a CSA: Chatbot (tiia.ai)
If one has been created before, and you cannot log into the account due to forgetting the password, try the Forgot Your Password option: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password
Since you said you can access the old email. Check if the password reset email is going to spam/funk folder if you don't see it in the inbox.

For the short haul use a voucher. Then later get his account straightened away with a CSA. See here.
Some vouchers are immediate and some have to be used in congestion with *611.
Some top up immediately and some are delayed.

I lost my bank card last week and had to get a new one, so the card number won’t be right. I changed it on my account but can’t change it in his.

If you have a credit card on auto pay....can you top up using *611?
Or buy a voucher...of which I am not a pro on...but @darlicious can help or others can too

I haven’t signed into that email for a long time so I went back in to put a new password and got in but there is no email in there.

The code would be sent to the email address that your husbands PM account is associated to.
So when you sign on to "his" My Rewards or My Account....what email is used?
That is where the code is sent do.
