@haaruunos1 did you just pay now? can you login to My Account and Confirm if the money you just loaded is sitting as Available Fund?
Also, Check the Transaction history page to see if it shows your payment?

Ok guys there's nothing working here not 611 or ticket or anything I already paid my services and still my account still says suspended can anyone help please

@haaruunos1hi you can pay by dialing *611 with a voucher or a cc on file if you know your pin also you can pay in your self serve it is up now 🙄 if you are still having issues
