The App wont let me sign in. it keeps kicking me out and going back to sign in page. I have tried to sign in multiple signs.
i need to register my sim card number and also find out my account number with public mobile.

After multiple attempts, your account gets locked out. Wait 1 hour before trying again. When you do try again, try using a web browser in incognito/privacy mode.
