Signed up for public mobile on Oct 25, 2025, eSim doesn’t work. Ordered physical SIM card, I received it and inserted it, and it also doesn’t work?
I can’t talk to the chat agent because it tries to send me a 2FA code, but since my sim card isn’t working, I can’t input the 2FA code. Can an employee please check my account and resolve this? I want my physical SIM card I ordered to be able to receive text messages and receive phone calls.

Hi, I still don't have any cell service. Can a Public Mobile employee please activate my physical sim card? I have posted my physical sim card number in my support ticket.
It has been 20 days with no cell service on my e-sim or physical sim card that I ordered.

Can a customer support agent please activate my physical sim card? I am unable to log into my account to activate it, because it requires me to input my 2FA text code, but my e-sim I originally selected never worked

The customer support agen's reply to me doesn't work. They tell me steps on how to register my physical sim card number to my account, however I can't get to that step because they requires me to input my 2FA code through text message.
However, my e-sim never worked (can't receive/make text messages or calls), and my physical sim can't receive/make text messages or calls, so I am unable to complete the steps to activate my physical sim card. My phone line is still unable to receive/make text messages or calls, it is completely not functioning still.

That link doesn't work for me, it requires me to receive a 2FA code to my number, but my e-sim and physical sim card I ordered can't send/receive text messages or calls. Basically nothing is working for my subscription, and I want to resolve it.
