I am unable to set my Eversafe ID. The 6-digit number that I get in my email is always considered incorrect. I tried many times without success. Please help.

Try again using browser with Incognito mode and try using the PM app as well (if you have been using the PM app, uninstall and reinstall the app before trying again)
