Hello, inadvertently I tried to login to my PM account while the phone was in airplane mode.So I got this message: It appears that your session has timed out while creating your Public Mobile EverSafe ID.Invalid session ID received: 11E5818BF626C65AE...

I am unable to set my Eversafe ID. The 6-digit number that I get in my email is always considered incorrect. I tried many times without success. Please help.
