[NEW] Update: SIM Card Delivery Times due to on-going Canada Post Strike

I ordered the SIM cards at 21 September and didn’t receive. I want to use eSIM instead of waiting it. In my Public Mobile app keep asking me for the SIM card number to activate. How can I get the eSIM to activate my subscription?

You'll need to contact CS_Agent to have the activation to use a eSIM. https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
