I ported my number from virgin to public mobile and after sign up changed my plan right away. Can someone confirm if I will only be charged for the new plan

@AwesomeR so, you are having the new plan now? What plan you want and what new plan you see? Maybe you subscribed a day late and they changed to the new plan already?
Ask PM and see why you got changed to the new plan. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Plan changes should always be done on the next renewal date as there is no credit for previous payments
