I can’t log in at all with the email and password I have I tried resetting it multiple time it’s not letting me sign in

As of 7:39 AM Eastern Time, both My Account and My Rewards websites are still not available due to maintenance.
When you try to sign in, you get the message, “System error. Please try again.”.

Don’t worry, it’s not an issue on your end. Public Mobile is doing unannounced maintenance on the Self-Serve My Account and My Rewards websites.
I had the same issue when I tried to log in a few minutes ago on both websites.
You should be able to log in later in the day once the maintenance is completed.
