Hi, I m unable to sign in my account for last 2 weeks.
I need to pay my bill. Unless my SIM will be inactive and then goes to others.
I m in Gulf now. I contact customer care by email..... Not worth.
Is there any other way to pay my bill to continue my SIM. This is my important number.

You cannot receive the 2FA code via SMS text? if that was the reason, try receiving it via email. click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend Code" and choose "Send email" to get 2FA
