I found the shortcode in the master list but still cannot send or receive text?

Some shortcode texts doe work, while others don't.

@mtse1 I know show short codes from certain banks and stuff don't work with public mobile. You can search it in the community and you'll find info about it

shortcodes are strictly for testing purpose

shortcode is a set of numbers (usuaLLY 5) that is not a phone #, usually used by banks etc.

Does calling and/or data work?

@mtse1 what do you mean by shortcode? Can you call in and out but not text?
