Shipping address

Hello !

I'm trying to get a SIM card and ship it to my residence on the campus university I study at.

The problem is when I try to enter the address it find the building address but not my "personal" address, so with my room number and the name of the residence. If I ship it to the building address there is no way I will receive it cause the university has no way to see or recognize to which person the package should go too.

Is there a way to put my address fully and not just get what is proposed to me when entering the shipping address?

Thank you

Your best is buying bet is buying a physical sim card from a koodo/telus store or a mobile klinic store. Then contact CS_AGENT and they will credit you the cost of the sim $11.30 (10+tax). This was what I did after waiting almost 2 weeks and my sim not arriving.

You could go on-line, and get an eSIM, if that works for you.

 @Nessink

it could take a week to up to 3 weeks to get sim from PM.  So, better and cheaper to get it from Amazon for $5 https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B06X9ZGDWG/

or but PM sim  in person from local Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik for $10
