It keeps sending a code to a number that can’t be in service yet to verify the identity

@_blondie was it trying to send to a new number you chose or a number that you have no idea?  

Check if your PM sim already setup and able to connect to the Public Mobile network and able to receive the code

If still have trouble with the validation, please message support

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Is there an option for didn’t get code ? If so tap it it should give option to send code to email instead . If still no luck please submit ticket with support
