Setting up new phone

I am an existing customer and I am trying to setup my SIM card in a new phone

if it is a physical sim card, just move the sim card to the new phone.  If you find the sim card is bigger than the sim tray on the new phone, just pop out the frame around it and it can change to the mini size

if you are using eSIM, you will have to download the PM app on the new phone, login the app and buy new esim from Account > Purchase sim card > eSIM
