My new SIM card has no signal after activation. I tried to use other cell phone also no signal, I can be sure that my cell phone is no any problem, before using public cell phone card; later I tried to submit a ticket, but can not login to the community account; I don't know how to solve this problem???

@EuniceChu_2 like @softech mentioned how to contact a Customer Service Agent or here @CS_Agent with a message directly.

This happened to me when I ported over and lost signal and service with my previous provider. The port was successful, but the Customer Service Agent needed to get a technical support person involved.

Hope it works out with you.

There is also a porting team number if you would like it to message me and I can share it with you.

@EuniceChu_2   no worry, it could simply be a problem of sim card provisioning and PM support can fix it easily.  Please open ticket with PM support using Chatbot:

Just open a ticket via Chatbot for PM Support 

(Add:  since you tried chatbot and failed, please open ticket by direct message, Method 2)

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
