My service has been terrible the past 2 months. Barely have service out on the road. Can anyone tell me whats going on?

Would be helpful if you provide us which province and area you are at.  Also, did you try different area in your city or is this issue isolated to a particular location? 

 

do you have a second phone to test out the PM SIM?  or you have another SIM to test out the phone?   Would be helpful to do this to confirm if it is a phone issue or a SIM/service issue

Hi @TiffanyD 

 

Have you tried one or more of the below regularly?

 

*turn off your phone, leave off for a minutes, then reboot

*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it

*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode

*reset network settings

 

 

By the way you phrased this, it sounds like service used to be good for you prior to 2 months ago?
