Hi can u help me
my phone is not working.Apparently every thing looks good in my app.no payment issue nothing.Unfortunately three phone numbers are not working as they are connected with one one account.very frustrating there is no way to contact urgent.I already submitted a ticket still waiting for response

Since your bank account does not show any of the charges, it sounds to me a problem with the card. You might want to login to the three My Accounts and check if they are all with account status ON HOLD or SUSPENDED. If so, click the button "Pay and Resume Services Now" to make a manual payment
if you tried to make payment and got rejected again, you might want to pay by vouchers for this renewal and find out what was the problem with the card later.
Buy separate vouchers from store and then call *611 from each phone and load the voucher to resume service. Best to buy from from SDM/London Drug/711/Shell as their vouchers can be used immediately without any wait time

Public mobile doesn't support multiple lines per account, only one. Are you a new customer?
