Ok, thanks everyone, a new phone is up and running with new Sim card. Now there is another problem. How do I change the brand of phone he is using its not the same phone as the lost one. Old one was a Samsung galaxy s20 and the new one is a Samsung galaxy A03 . I can't recive texts from Samsung and I can't get into account, they keep sending codes to old phone.

@MsRaye If you have physical sims, you can simply swap the sims between phones. Edit* the brand of phone is nothing you need to change with PM, if you aren’t receiving texts for 2FA codes, it’s a different issue. Try logging in and send code again, when it says “didn’t get code?” Select send to email instead and retrieve from there. hope this helps
