@Maisa Probably best at this point to contact Public Mobile customer service, either by opening a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page, or if that doesn't work then send them a private message using this link

Because I bought the phone from UAE, but I am in Canada and I reset it yes

@Maisa Where exactly are you, your screenshot mentions United Arab Emirates? If you're in Canada, have you tried reset network settings?
Edited to add, you should remove your screenshot as this is a public website and it shows too much info on your phone.

@Maisa What make and model are the phones? Is it just voice calls but texting and data still work, or does nothing work?
