Ordering a SIM from PM directly has been the most embarrassing part of signing up with them. I'd suggest one of two things. Call your local Telus stores and see if they have one or if you have Amazon Prime, you can order one for $4.99. Then once you got it and finally signed up, you can reach a CS Agent and ask for a credit to your account. Then when and IF the SIM arrives, use it as a back up or a referral for a friend.

It normally takes 10 business days but others have reported taking 3 weeks.

Just to clarify, I paid for the subscription in October, and ordered the SIMM card at the same time. The site said 2 days, now it says 7 days, the online agent said it would take 10 days. All incorrect... It would be nice to know if the card is actually coming or if there was some error that occurred.
