Plan changed but changers didn't switch. Since almost 2 months.

Yes.    For sure the plan is was changed before the cycle ends I don't know what happened. Any ways thank you for your help.  

So now you're seeing 30 days, 20gb, $34? Are the dates right? Do they match up with your credit card?

The dates don't match up. The start date appears to be the 15th but the charge appears to be the 19th. And extending that out the 90 days also doesn't match. But it totals up fine. You're paying the correct $34. Just for some reason not paying $102 in one shot. I would be half tempted to leave it but it just doesn't seem entirely right.
How certain are you that you're looking at the right account?

@Leoveg Click on that blue circle at the bottom left corner and then choose Subscription and add ons. Screen shot that next page. It should show current subscription and upcoming subscriptions. Scroll down to confirm too.

I changed the plan before sep 15 to the new 90 days subscription.

Hi @Leoveg 

When is your billing cycle? You may have changed it within a few days and it didn't go through properly. If you have the app on your phone, go down to the left bottom and click on that plus with a circle around it and go to subscription and see if it's updated there to the 90 day plan upcoming....   let us know if it shows that.

Ok so my reply was not the answer to fix the problem. You can undo that if you like so that readers don't see that as the answer.
Can you provide us images of your payment history from here? Or where are you seeing the 30 day charge?

I see the plan 90 days subscription but they still charger me 30 day plan.  I changed the plan on sep 15 I am still getting charge for 30 days plan.

"Changers"? Maybe charges? What plan were you on and what plan do you think you should be on? Maybe log in to the account using incognito mode to make sure you're seeing the plan you think you should be on?
