Hey! You can select a plan online and they have a great reward system. If you sign up for autopay you get a discount each month as well as some extra data depending on the plan you choose. They have a loyalty program too where for each year you've been with them they take a dollar off your plan each month (e.g. if you've been with them for 1 year they deduct $1 off your bill each month, 2 years = $2 off your bill each month).

PM is the lower tier of Telus and you can get additional discount by using referral code, promo codes, anniversary discount and Community help.
It works like the big 3 cellular carrier…Bell, Telus and Rogers.

Hi @eezy
Interesting question
PM owned by Telus. It uses Telus network and Telus (also PM) uses Bell antennas as well
PM is prepaid, so, you paid for the next 30 days of service. Yes, PM cycle is 30 days, not monthly (this is weird), so, payment date will move
PM support is all online. No call center to call. You either post here for Community help (like what you just did) or you open ticket with Support using your Community account and they reply you via the inbox here
PM has roaming service in US only
PM only provide long distance service to some countries, not all
PM has a good Rewards system, Public Points. Not as good as the old one, but still good enough to help cut down your bill
