Hello @PeterB1 

A simple solution that may help is to turn your phone's Airplane mode on for 1 minutes. Then turn it off and reboot. This will help you reconnect to the Public Mobile network. See if that helps.

check Telus outage map, there are different areas with active service issues:

https://www.telus.com/en/on/outages

and try Reboot your phone and click Reset network settings

if same, report it to PM support agent. submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:       

            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html 
             Type the question "Ticket", Then click the following in order: "Account Management" , "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
