Hi. I'm a customer for long time but never get any promotions. I see now promo plan 24$ 4GB but it's only for new customers. Here is no phone line to call customer service. So,the only way is to change provider?

Just remember if you still have a legacy $$ rewards account you cannot get it back if you port out to another provider. If you do decide to leave test out your new service first with a new number. You can downgrade to the $15 plan and even call forward your phone # to the new number or suspend for up to 90 days while you decide. Porting out to Koodo or Telus does not require your service to be active just your account to not be cancelled and deactivated. It's also common for Koodo to raise plan prices by $5+ once the offer period (ie. 12 months) has expired.

hI @Vitali1
transferring your number is easy, especially you are transferring to Koodo, also a Telus family
what you need to do is to get the account number from My Account's Profile
then you activate Koodo account, give them the phone number and the account number
And PM will then send you a text, you need to reply Yes to approve the port (so, keep the PM sim card in the phone until you get the text)

I have a 25$ plan, not 15$. But now is more company's with good deals. One of my friends just on Friday got KOODO deal for 25$ 8GB for 12 months. The only problem,if to change the company, how to transfer the number?

Ask nicely and gently suggest you are considering leaving Public Mobile if you cannot get a competitive plan. Most offers have gone out to existing $15 plan customers to upgrade to a more expensive plan but other customers have successfully convinced an agent to switch their plan. This is best asked close to your renewal since it may require an immediate plan change and 30 day cycle restart.

You can DM a CS_Agent to help you switch plans at:

That's certainly your choice @Vitali1
During the Holiday season, specifically Black Friday, there were plenty of offerings for new and existing customers.
I know this doesn't do you any good now, but checking Announcements once in awhile can be worth your while.
