was that only charge issue or you have trouble with the porting?
For. duplicates charges, confirm if both of them are posted charges or maybe one of them is only a pending charge. If any issues message support
if your problem is about porting as well, there is a number to call to talk to live support, they can confirm the porting status and re-trigger the process for you or needed. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
