Service not working

Hello  - I registered and paid for your service and it's not working on my phone (it seems fine on wifi but not when I'm not on wifi).  I am also unable to use the "personal hotspot" to get online from my other phone. 

This appears to be a notice board versus a way to get in touch with a real human.  I have been in customer service pergatory for over 45 minutes.  Your online bots are very frustrating and I'm in a circular nightmare with them.  You really need human customer service.

How can you reach a real person to ensure the service actually works?
