Service not working

I activated my service, but I still cannot make or receive calls or text.  What do I need to do to make it work?

first, make sure your old sim card with the old provider is removed (or if old provider is eSIM, disable it).  then Reboot phone and Reset Network settings

if that does not fix it, it could be a sim provisioning issue.  It is an easy fix for PM support, you just need to engage them by direct message

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
