@Chels3 are you a new or existing customer? Has your service worked before and can you confirm if calls, text and data are all not working? We need more information to be able to assist.

@Chels3 This is a public forum for customers, to reach support open a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page. If you can give a bit more information we can probably help you here. Are you a new customer setting up an account, or an existing customer and your phone just stopped working?
First select the v in a circle top right of your post and edit out your phone number as this forum is not private.
