I had my service cut off cause of stolen visa card. Paid up in full with New visa card but still no service.

if same, ask support agent to check and confirm

@Xul Did you report the phone stolen / lost turn that back off if you did and try to reboot the phone . If still no luck

@Xul try restarting your phone. It may take a short time to get the account updated but you can try contacting a CS agent to see if everything is good on their end.
You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:

(and then type: Customer Support Agent)
