@DaisyNukem Is it just SMS texts that are not working, can you receive voice calls? If it's only SMS then contact customer service using the chat icon bottom right of this page to submit a ticket, there is currently a technical problem with SMS for some new customers and they can fix it. If you're not getting incoming voice calls then it would be a porting problem.
