Service not restored

Milo24

I went overseas and used an eSIM for local data use on my iPhone SE. Upon returning today (February 18), I am unable to restore my Public Mobile service on my phone (514-267-7331). Please advice.

@Milo24

check VPN screen and disable all VPN profiles

for the PM sim, make sure its label is set to Primary

then Reset network settings after a device reboot

Gone for about 10 days. Account is in good standing. Travel eSIM has been disabled and PM eSIM has been turned on. Service still not restored.

Public Mobile SIM is set to primary. Public Mobile account is active and in good standing. I fear that a network reset would force me to purchase another eSIM from Public Mobile.

Account is up to date. Travel eSIM has been disabled. Phone has been rebooted. Service not yet restored.

Verify that your account is up to date. Did you disable your travel eSIM? Then try a reboot.

@Milo24

make sure your Public Mobile sim is set to primary.  Make certain your Public Mobile account is still active and in good standing.

You can also try a network reset to see if that helps.

How long were you gone? Were you making payments while you were gone?

Did you remove your travel eSIM snd enabled back your PM eSIM?
