Since I change my plan to the Canadian n u.s plan I don’t get service or data where I use to get it from is it the plan I’m on?

@Chalupa_Batman- I should've waited for the OP to answer Handy1's question of their location. If they're in Canada then sure, that works. In Canada.

I'm the complete opposite of some. I prefer to take off automatic and pick Public Mobile then I reboot. But that works for me. May not work for others.

Put your networks on automatic and set mode to 4G LTE in case you're on 5G. You can just leave roaming data on all the time.

@Kayd15 Are you in the US now ? Are you connected to T mobile and have data roaming on ? Or is this home in Canada ? Did you just switch or did this just happen? Also
