Service issues

I have tried to get a ticket for support but a 404 error continues to come up. When I'm at my house, my phone service comes and goes but is mostly not working at all. I cant make or recieve calls and text messages. When I'm in other locations like the town I work in I have no issues with service. The service issues when I'm at home just started happening a few weeks ago. I've had public mobile for several years.

it is unusual that this problem just started and hasn’t always occurred

definitely reach out to the customer support agents.

Perhaps they can reprovision your account to help with this. Make sure they are aware it was not an issue before at the same location.
