Are public mobile towers down? My phone's service says it's disabled. My bill is paid and I even tried resetting my phone as well as my network settings and still no service.

What kind of phone? I just ran into an issue with a Samsung s21 that wouldn't connect. Samsung couldn't figure out the issue and ended up sending me a new phone (which works perfectly btw).

If it is clean, since you don't have another phone to test, best is to open ticket with PM Support and have them to check on the system then:

 

1. If you have access to My account: Click on the bubble on the lower right or https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.


2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with above method: Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply and work with you  via messaging there

Yes the account is still active.

Yes it was just last night and today that it's not working. I'm all paid up and my next bill isn't until the middle of the month so I know it's not a payment issue.

My account is still active. Nothing is working calling texting and data. I don't have another phone to check my sim card in at the moment.

Was it working the last few days? If not it could be autopay issue that has caused chaos

incoming calls and outgoing calls both not work? 

how about Mobile Data?

Last thing to check is to put your PM SIM in another phone and see if it works there
