Service cut out while talking or making calls

Why is the service not working properly. I am up to date on all my payment

Here how to select 3G network

Switch to 3G - Samsung Galaxy S10

Switch to 3G - Huawei P20 Pro

and do rebooting device.

Sometimes I can't even get my calls through or text to send

I've done this numerous times. Still not sure why public isn't giving me good service.  Calls still have issues when talking on the phone

turn off device and take out SIM card and reonsert back turn on.

@Sandra82 hi try manually setting your phone to 3g see if that helps
