Received a call from 18009052574 stating that my service will be stopped in two hours.

Trying to verify if someone is porting my number fraudulently,  but I can't contact anyone at Public Mobile.

That sounds fishy. PM normally don’t make calls to members but on the safe side contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to respond to the phone call.

Best to check account status is to go to My Account
