Hi there, I’m switching to public mobile from Sasktel, and I can’t manage to switch. I followed all the steps, but I have no service and Sasktels SIM still works. What should I do

@Chase_Marie I will send you the number to the porting team, they might be able to help and explain if something is wrong. Keep an eye on your community inbox (upper right corner, image of an envelope)
* added: did you leave the Sasktel SIM in your phone and receive a text message from them asking to confirm you wanted to transfer your number out? After getting this text you will have 90 minutes to respond YES
