@Scamp - is your account status Active when you log into My Account or dial 611 or or # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device?

No outage , when I turn it off then on - it says new voicemail but when I open phone it goes away and I can’t send calls or voicemails

First, does it show ACTIVE in your My Account?

and on your iPhone, try Reset all network, and update Carrier profile
