Service Outage (Peterborough)

Just updated an iPhone, not sure how long phone service not working Feb 28,2023?

@Scamp - is your account status Active when you log into My Account or dial 611 or or # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device?

No outage , when I turn it off then on - it says new voicemail but when I open phone it goes away and I can’t send calls or voicemails

Reported outage but it’s not on there site as one

1. Tried on and off.
2. toogled in and out of airplane mode,cell data , service.
3. restarted

First, does it show ACTIVE in your My Account?

If Active, try:

• restart your phone
• toggle into and out of airplane mode
• remove the SIM card and try it into another phone to see it if works
• Check if your phone is blacklisted here: https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/
• perform a Reset of the device's Network Settings

 You have another phone to test?

and on your iPhone, try Reset all network, and update Carrier profile
