Sending Group Text and Photos

Unable to send or reply to group texts or send photos to anyone that does not have RCS enabled.

Have Blu F91 5G phone. APN settings have been manually updated to the following:

Anyone have suggestions on how to get this resolved?

try to delete the current APN and creat a new one with those entries you have 

but with APN type, it is sufficient to put just 

default,supl,MMS

for APN:  , try both sp.mb.com and SP.MB.COM

the all caps matter sometimes

Last, use Google Message for default texting app. If you already using it, uninstall and reinstall

@LP11954   I don’t have the answer if there is one to fix that , so not  most practical solution I can suggest is , get a phone that’s on the PM voLTE white list if not it will be useless for voice in the U.S. if you ever intend to visit and  iPhone  / Samsung on the list and above are always wise choice for best possible service experience with public mobile
