I was having trouble setting it up, but I made a payment (way early) and it dicided to accept the card after that, sorry for the lousy question.

What about the self serve? It is working this morning. I just logged in to one of my accounts to check something.

If you can't login try the forgot password link.
https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/. Also try logging in using a different browser and incognito mode. Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot. If you still need assistance then submit a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.
