I have trouble with self serve specially if i buy my load for my prepaid sim in a convenience store where the instructions are written on the receipt....it wont load my account

Payment vouchers are best loaded via 611. The new self serve accounts have a major caching issue that's probably affecting your attempt to top up. After 2 attempts either in your self serve account or thru 611 you must wait one full hour before trying again. Read the post below for more info including a link to the voucher catalogue that has more member supplied info on their experiences using pm payment vouchers.

@Geejay1972 has it been 24 hours since you purchase the voucher? Vouchers from some stores have a 24 hours wait till. If it has not been 24 hours yet, wait and try again after 24 hours

You can also try to load your payment voucher by calling 611 on your phone.
Some vouchers do take some time to "activate".
You can also try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode to login.
