Self-Serve activate and transfer number - Alternate contact number field is broken

Alternate contact number in case the transfer has problems (10-digits, no spaces, no dashes):
I tried to put in my 10-digit phone number, but no luck.  Won't let me proceed.

Here is a screenshot, and no, I did not try to use 5555555555 - I just put it in to hide the real phone number I am trying to use. 

I can not get past this step when trying to activate and transfer my number.  Doesn't matter what I put in there.

Had the same issue when registering a few months ago, then again when I registered my wife. Chrome would not work, had to use IE. The hint was somewhere it said 'best viewed with Internet Explorer...

I've also noticed that if I view one account logout and login back in with another account, the 2nd account displays incorrect details in chrome. Ie, might say I have the wrong plan, if I click details I the site gives me a oops message and asks me to login again. If I logout out and log back in using and incognito tab it's all correct.... so the PM site is not Chrome friendly. @CS_Agent should look into it as I know I've submitted a ticket as I thought something on my plan was wrong before I realized what was going on. Might cut down on nuisance tickets.

Tried it in Firefox (instead of Chrome) and it worked.  Must have a rogue extension interfering with things.

I haven't heard of that problem but I know some ppl have had issues with activations. Maybe private message a mod and they can look into it for you or offer a fix?
