When i go to log in to my self serve account and I click on "forgot password" it takes me to where I have to answer my security question . My security question is "what is your favourite sports team"
I dont have a favourite sports team nor did I pick that security question so I would like some help on this issue to access my account.

@a7xjessie If you activated your account at the store, you will have to find the salesperson that helped you.
They might also picked a PIN number for you too.
If that all fails, contact the moderator.

Pro tip with security questions. Actually using a non relevant answer it itself a secure approach. I don't want to give too much away, sometimes I actually use an irrelevant answer to security questions.

What city do you live in? Or province even?

@a7xjessie : Yes perhaps you activated in store and the clerk just stuck whatever in there. If you're in a hockey city maybe try that one like oilers or whatever. But if you try too many then you'll get locked out and have to wait. Then try again.
But otherwise as mentioned you'll need to contact the moderators.

Looks like you will have to contact the moderators if you can't remember your password to access your account to change your security question. Do you know your pin#? Did you activate in store?

@a7xjessie If password reset fails you then contact the moderators to regain access.
To obtain a ticket, click on https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and enter your question in SIMon. Follow / invent the prompts until you reach the Contact Us button, click on it and a Submit Ticket button should appear. To confirm that your ticket has been submitted, check the SEND box in your private messages; click on the small envelope next to your avatar at the top right of your screen.
