Which plan?  Which model phone?  

Is text and talk work?  Has data even worked before?

Which phone are your using?

If you have a LG phone, you need to reset your network settings after changing provider before your data working again.

 

You need to setup APN before your data to work.

Also enable data on your phone.

Which plan are you on?  While there could be a service issue, more likely than not, your phone's settings aren't correct. Did you ever check your APN settings? For a starting point, look here:  https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en/apn/public-mobile
