if it is something about your account, maybe your credit card was compromised, you can replace your credit card from My Account, payment page with another one. To just remove it, you have to open ticket with PM support.
if you lost your phone, go to My Account, Quick Link on top right and first suspend your service via Lost/Stolen
but if you want to report other kind of security breach, open ticket via Chatbot
